Carlos Gonzalez represents clients in employment law and personal injury matters. He has breadth of legal experience, representing clients in medical malpractice, employment, immigration, and personal injury matters.

Carlos received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Indiana University, Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He received his Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento and a Master’s in Public Administration from California State University, Hayward.

Carlos served in the Army and is an Iraq war veteran. He worked as an Oakland Police Officer for ten years, serving as a patrol officer and Special Victims Unit investigator. Carlos also worked as a special agent with California Department of Justice investigating white collar crime in the Elder Abuse and Medi-Cal Fraud Division.

Carlos was born in Managua, Nicaragua and fled his native country with his family because of the war at the age of seven. He is a native Spanish Speaker.
